1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

     

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

     

  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days; please allow for additional transit time.

     

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Because we work with global suppliers to offer high-quality home appliances at competitive prices, shipping times vary by location:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

     

  • International Shipping: 12 to 25 business days.

     

Note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, or peak seasons may affect final delivery times.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical options include:

 

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 100/- [may vary accordingly].

4. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

     

  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 48-72 hours.

     

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gimora is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Damages & Missing Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at gimoraforyou@gmail.com. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will require photo or video evidence to process a replacement.

     

  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows a package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Once marked as delivered, the store is no longer responsible for the shipment, though we will assist in your investigation where possible.
