Returns & Refunds Policy
At Gimora, we want you to love your new home gadgets. If things aren't quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. 3-Day Return Window
You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with tags.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package. We will provide you with a specific return shipping address once your request is approved.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods or consumable cleaning supplies.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Unless the item is arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
